This scenario happened numerous times and yet the mother was subsequently denied visits, or any contact at all including emails, for three years from this little girl. They ignored her letters to the judge as well. An eight year old writing letters demanding the judge return her to her mother coupled with events such as this one and the state forcing the exact opposite of what she “demanded”. Would you call this negligence or abuse or torture? How bout all three? What do you think should happen to the ones responsible for the entire families mental health deteriorating.? State created harm, abuse or danger? Does anybody even care that this is happening other than the ones it is happening to. Ignoring parents and the children and causing trauma is not what their job is yet it seems like all i have ever seen them do.
