Attorneys are skilled in improvisation and persuasion. They are experienced in creating “appearance” and convincing others to perceive the facts as they want them to appear.
Prosecuting attorneys especially have no real interest in the truth or reality of a persons guilt or innocence. They benefit from winning. They profit by offering plea deals and the accused accepting them out of fear….not guilt. Jail, prison, incarceration, probation…no one wants these things. They use the possibility of the worst outcome to induce fear and force consideration of admitting bogus charges to avoid those consequences. Then they expect you to lie to the court by saying the plea was made voluntarily, without threats or promises. They commit the worst crimes to make you admit guilt of the crime they chose to charge you with regardless of innocents. How can we call this Justice in any way shape or form….
The government and judicial system exists to protect individuals from harm and from having their rights violated or property taken or damaged. They are overstepping their power blatantly without consequence by acting as “Judge, Jury, and Executioner”. It is not their job to charge, accuse, convict, punish, or sentence the soveriegn people of our country. In doing so, they rob us all of the freedom we were born with. The right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of happiness. The authority we are born with to live our lives as we see fit providing we “do no harm to others” doing the same thing. We allow this to continue. We turn our cheeks and close our eyes to injustices we witness. We pretend that it is not that bad. We act like it could honestly be worse and that those being punsihed must have done something to deserve it.
Why? Where did our bravery, our courage, our common sense, or our belief of what’s right and worng go? What happened to our desire to live peacefully, freely, happily? Who has been brainwashing and manipulating the citizens of the Earth to accept the unacceptable, to acknowledge the fiction, to make logic out of the illogical? When did morals vanish, or common sense go on permanent vacation? How did intelligence and the ability to think for ourselves become endangered to the point of extinction?
