If you are guilty you may need a lawyer. If not, why is a lawyer necessary to prove it when I have already learned facts and am able to give the info and evidence to the court myself. Should procedural rules of court rooms have so much power that the facts and laws get ignored just because they werent presented in a correct manner?
Should numerous other laws be allowed to be broken and rights violated simply because they were not brought to the attention of the court right or adequately filed? That is not justice, that is comparable to a child playing a game in which rules are made up as they go to benefit them in some way.
That is the definition of the word bias. I lack court knowledge causing a bias that enables laws to be broken and rights to be violated.
Why is the court involved at all and has it accomplished its intended purpose in any way?
